As much as I love my mid-century modern house in Oakland, I still spend far too much time looking at houses for sale on Zillow. This is where I share the hidden gems I find.
P.S. As of November 2022, I have a non-working real estate license in California (DRE #02203068). I’m not working with a brokerage and don’t engage in any sales-related activities. So everything you see here is still just me being a nerd sharing my favorite listings.
Why Subscribe?
Every issue follows a theme. Sometimes it’s an architectural feature like atriums or conversation pits, sometimes it’s whatever form my escapist fantasies have taken lately such as buying a plot of land and putting a tiny house on it, moving to the desert, or living in a certain style of house.
You can expect a round-up of ~4 active listings, plus anything else I find inspiring like extra listings that didn’t quite make the cut, inspiring interior designers and architecture firms, or furniture and decor recommendations.
